Bihar Netraheen Parishad

Bihar Netraheen Parishad is a body in the service for upliftment of visually impaired and physically challenged segment of the society and to associate them in the social mainstream.

Dr. R.N Singh as President, Vijay Kr. Singh, (General Secretary) and Ramesh Prasad Singh, (Secretary), Anita Punj overseas executive member.

The Parishad has now completed more than 40 years of its existence. As we look back, we derive great satisfaction from the fact that we have achieved significant milestones in bringing the segment into the mainstream of the society.

We have achieved remarkable success in our objectives yet the sky is the limit, our efforts are still continuing. We are dedicated and committed to the cause of bringing all-round development in the lives of visually impaired persons.
